The service is VERY personal and awesome! I feel like shopping direct to the alpaca ranch for their hospitality via email! I am a Canadian customer and very HAPPY with this huge alpaca stuffed animals. It is super soft and do not shed as much as other type of stuff animals. It looked so real my kids thought I bought a real alpaca kria :) Thanks so much!
